Excellent Customer Service! I've brought my 2018 Mazda CX-5 twice for service since I moved here from California. I'm so please that the same great customer service is being provided here too! The lady that's in front I think her name is Jeannie is extremely detailed on providing quality customer service. She greeted me by 1st name and throughout the conversation. She read the online request of me needing a courtesy vehicle to go to work (located in Portland) while I dropped my car off for service which was very thoughtful of her verses when I called a couple days before my appointment. A different lady wasn't as helpful & stated I would just have to wait in the lobby while my vehicle is being serviced meaning I would be late to work which I wasn't fond of. Jeannie went over and beyond when I asked what time the service department closes. She let me know at 6pm and if I was running behind schedule I can drop the keys for the courtesy vehicle with the sales team & I would be able to get my car from them too. She even stated I can call in to provide payment over the phone which was very convenient. Overall Im happy with the service.

First of all, great cars. Never owned a Mazda before. Absolutely love my CX-9. Ive driven Audis and this is its match, better in some ways. Smooth as silk; great materials and finish. Makes me happy every time I sit down in the mocha brown leather seats. Excellent Sales experience, not bad. Young salesman, somewhat inexperienced but pleasant, got answers, available. Proactive - he noticed a Navi chip missing and saved me a trip to service. Price was Costco program (*highly recommend*) and a reasonable prior year model rebate, so no haggling. A few extras thrown in to sweeten the experience. Solid good. Big five star to the Service Department. I saw other reviews that focused on terrible service. I did not (personally) see that. Quite the opposite. I had a minor glitch in my electronics the day I brought it home. Called them on the back way in. “Secora”, the rep, gave me several last minute scheduling options, one of which was immediate drop off with a loaner car. It was ready when I got there. From drop off to pick up, service desk bent over backwards to get the job done quickly, and delivered my car back early with a sample multi-point inspection thrown in to show what I can expect next time. I think they’ll do fine. Haven’t met the others but Secora shows what a difference intelligent, motivated employees can make. Excellent Service. I thought about a five star, but they’re not quite there. Finance/accounting was below average - needing a very talented assist from their sister Chevy dealership next door to complete the process. But, a *solid good*.

I went in for 30k mile service. When car was finished I was told I didnt need new air filter or cabin filter because they looked like they were recently replaced. I appreciate them not just replacing them and charging me when I didn't need them. I will definitely go back

The Alan Webb team fit me in even though my appointment did not register on their list, and they got the service done in a quick and very timely way. Other patrons came and went the entire time, proving the team was processing multiple cars as customers filed through. The woman managing communication between the team and people is GREAT. The coffee and snacks are too. Next time I'll do my Mazda shopping closer to home!

That, alone, would be enough to earn a top rating, but I also very much appreciated not being given sales pitch after sales pitch like I experienced at Olympia Mazda. The extra mileage to go to Vancouver is worth it because of the way I am treated at Alan Webb. My wait time was a little less than Secora predicted. The computer problem was resolved. The waiting area was comfortable and, since I drove 64 miles to get there, a loaner car was available to me had I needed it.

My Mazda Cx-9 had a complete engine fail on my way to Portland, after being at Lee Johnson Mazda for over a month due to a water pump failure. Mazda Corporate initially denied the Claim. Alan Webb Service Team went and defended my Claim to Mazda Corporate. My engine was replaced under Warranty as it should have been. Team Alan Webb Rocks. 100% Reference Rating.
