Service is always good, but process for checking in this time was very different. I purchased the car there 10 years ago and have serviced it there since day one. I also purchased the lifetime oil change at that time and it should show in the vehicle files for service. I was asked today for the original certificate and told I had to bring it with me each time now. It should be something that can be in the vehicle files at the dealership, especially since I continue to service the vehicle there.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and had a great experience. Not often can you say that about purchasing a used car, especially from a dealership. I can't remember the last time I had a dealership take such good care of their customer. My sales representative was Ryan, who was excellent. We had a few hiccups in the purchasing process (out of the dealerships control) but Ryan made sure that the proper repairs would be done to ensure a safe vehicle and that I was fully satisfied with my purchase. At no point did I feel pressured or deceived during my purchase. Thank you for your excellent service. If you come here I highly recommended asking for Ryan Sundine.

That was easy.

Quick and easy

Olivia confirmed that they still had it and we scheduled a test drive for later that same day. After the test drive, and a quick run home I called her at 10 minutes to 3pm and told her that I wanted to purchase the vehicle under the terms we had agreed to. However, with my wife going to work soon and me having to return home quickly to be there for our young children, the entire purchase had to be complete and I had to be walking out of the dealership with the keys in my hand no later than 4pm. I walked out right on schedule at 4 with the keys to my gorgeous 2020 Mazda 6. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the continued excellent customer service that Alan Webb Mazda provides. Took my 2016 CX-5 in for a scheduled oil change - late afternoon appointment on Saturday. At the last minute, I called and asked if I could also get the retro-upgrade for CarPlay. I have mixed opinions about my recent visit with the dealer. The good: Staff was friendly and helpful. They tried to answer my questions as best they could and went under the hood with me to help explain. The bad: I received faulty information. I was told 1) that the Q85 battery in my car is not a lead acid battery 2) the regenerative charging capacitor is under the seat (it's by the front wheel well) and 3) that the Q85 battery has a computer in it. Pretty disappointing coming from the experts. Unfortunately I have found this to be pretty common in my neighborhood. Landscapers, contractors, HVAC folks, and even automotive repair specialists are far under-informed to be giving opinions with as great of certainty as they do. So that part of my experience was actually pretty average. The fact that the folks tried hard to answer my questions means so much that I'm willing to give a nod of thanks for my experience today. Previous visits are a whole different story (in a negative way). Edit: Some of the advice that was given to me I found out was also incorrect. I was told that a plastic clip needed to be removed from the negative battery terminal in order to swap out the battery. That's not the case. The plastic assembly is part of the cable itself. Only the cable needs to be removed, the assembly can stay attached.

Friendly service

After 13 years, my old car was ready for retirement.
