First of all, great cars. Never owned a Mazda before. Absolutely love my CX-9. Ive driven Audis and this is its match, better in some ways. Smooth as silk; great materials and finish. Makes me happy every time I sit down in the mocha brown leather seats. Excellent Sales experience, not bad. Inexperienced salesman, very young, but very willing to work hard, get answers, be available. And very nice. A pleasant young man. Price was Costco program (*highly recommend*) so no haggling. A few extras thrown in to sweeten the experience. Solid good. Big five star to the Service Department. I saw other reviews that focused on terrible service. I did not (personally) see that. Quite the opposite. I had a minor glitch in my electronics the day I brought it home. Called them on the way in. She gave me several scheduling options, one of which was immediate drop off with a loaner car. It was ready when I got there. From drop off to pick up, service desk bent over backwards to get the job done quickly, and delivered my car back early with a sample multi-point inspection thrown in to show what I can expect next time. I think they’ll do fine. Can’t remember the receptionist name, but she was fantastic. Excellent Service. I thought about a five star, but they’re not quite there. Finance/accounting was below average - needing a very talented assist from their sister Chevy dealership next door to complete the process. But, a *solid good*.

Great Experience

We had a great experience. No pressure. Peyton was a great person to work with. They were short on finance people so that took a little longer than expected.

first oil change

Came in for my first oil change. The front desk staff friendly and helpful, faster than expected completion time. But my car wasn't vacuumed, although not promised either. I did see another customer get their car vacuumed.

I made an online appointment for a recall update on a car purchased in Hillsboro. The Alan Webb team fit me in even though my appointment did not register on their list, and they got the service done in a quick and very timely way. Other patrons came and went the entire time, proving the team was processing multiple cars as customers filed through. The woman managing communication between the team and people is GREAT. The coffee and snacks are too. Next time I'll do my Mazda shopping closer to home!

I won't forget that Secora made me feel like a valued customer and that she cared about my comfort and convenience. And when Secora was out to lunch, Megan jumped in to ask if I needed anything. That, alone, would be enough to earn a top rating, but I also very much appreciated not being given sales pitch after sales pitch like I experienced at Olympia Mazda. The extra mileage to go to Vancouver is worth it because of the way I am treated at Alan Webb. My wait time was a little less than Secora predicted. The computer problem was resolved. The waiting area was comfortable and, since I drove 64 miles to get there, a loaner car was available to me had I needed it.

My Mazda Cx-9 had a complete engine fail on my way to Portland, after being at Lee Johnson Mazda for over a month due to a water pump failure. Mazda Corporate initially denied the Claim. Alan Webb Service Team went and defended my Claim to Mazda Corporate. My engine was replaced under Warranty as it should have been. Team Alan Webb Rocks. 100% Reference Rating.

Alan Webb Mazda made my buying experience so quick and painless. I worked with Kris thru the whole buying process and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked me what I was looking for and found the exact car I wanted. Even provided me a video tour of the car before I could come see it in person. Got to love that extra attention. And there was no need to haggle on the price because they gave me such a great deal! I highly recommend them to anybody in the market for a new car.
