The Standard Rebate provides up to $2,500 toward the purchase or lease of new, eligible vehicles. All Oregon residents, businesses, nonprofits & government agencies are eligible to receive a Standard Rebate. There are no income requirements for the Standard Rebate.
Applicants must: 1. Be an Oregon resident. 2. Purchase or lease an eligible vehicle. Original leases must be for a minimum of 24 months. 3. Register the vehicle in Oregon and retain registration for at least 24 months. 4. Apply for the Standard Rebate at the point of sale at a participating dealership or submit a post-purchase rebate application within six (6) months of the purchase or lease date.
