Took my 2016 CX-5 in for a scheduled oil change - late afternoon appointment on Saturday. At the last minute, I called and asked if I could also get the retro-upgrade for CarPlay. The Service Writer, Parts and Mechanic hustled like crazy and got it all done for me in just two hours. Everyone was fabulous - as usual. Thanks so much!

After 13 years, my old car was ready for retirement. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted but were impressed with the degree of detail and knowledge shared about the vehicle during the test drive. It helped cement the decision. They have my name in their system as Lucas not Luke. No big deal but I've brought it up a couple of times and the service staff usually shrugs or tells me how much they like the name Lucas. As always they are looking to make as much as they can on service repairs.

I came in by myself to test drive a car I was considering, the CX5. Peter Gregg definitely had a plan for the test drive which enabled me to learn about some of the amazing features of this car. He was available for every question I had after the initial trial, as well as encouraged me to contact him, for any question no matter how small, after the sale. Justin Lang made the paperwork easy to understand and as quick as can be possible.

This was one of the best new car buying experiences we have ever had. Both Ryan and Peter were knowledgeable about the CX-5 and its features and answered all our questions. Peter was very helpful in guiding us through the final buying process and after the sale he took time to demo the major features and answer any further questions.
