What I like about Mazda is every oil change they are on time and done quickly and let me know if my car needs any other repairs. I don't like how if I didn't have my lifetime oil change paperwork I wouldn't be able to continue receiving them for free. I didn't need to know company was audited. Also I was told they could program my new key that I purchased from batteries plus for 75 dollars but if for some reason they weren't able to I would still have to pay the 75 dollars. Sales experience was good and Chris Smith was a pleasure to work with. We also met with Natalie Erickson who handled our financial paper work and she was very nice and friendly. Later we did however have issues with what was removed from the vehicle by mistake and the residue and ants on the outside of the vehicle. Had a great experience with the service department taking care of vehicle recall repairs. They contacted me to schedule repairs, then I was able to easily change appointment online when a conflict arose for first appointment. Staff went above and beyond to complete my repairs in a timely manner, finishing well before the estimated wait time. Debra kept me informed of the timeframe throughout the process both by text and in person. A great overall experience.

The seats were comfortable, the toys were great to keep my toddler occupied and there were snacks and water while we waited which was fantastic. And everything felt very clean and sanitized considering the ongoing pandemic we’re all dealing with. I had a fabulous experience!

Had my wife's Mazda CX-5 serviced here, they did a good job. Nothing fancy. Small waiting area. But they did the scheduled maintenance and got it done in an hour.

They completed the oil change and I was originally told that they would not be able to complete the work on the headlights recall but after examining the headlights they were able to complete the repair so I would not have to come back again. So I was very happy to have it completed.
